No. Gateway fees are charged by the payment processor, not Qube. By default tenants pay them on recharge (outward). You can switch this so the property absorbs the fee (inward).

Any electrician can install it — the meter is designed for a standard fit. Virtual assistance from Qube is free. Assisted on-site installation is available at a nominal charge if you want Qube to do it.

The 24-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and device malfunction under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water ingress, or faults from external wiring. After warranty, Annual Maintenance Contracts and extended support are available — talk to sales for a quote.
